Gary Blaker QC successfully obtained summary judgment against the Claimant in a £1.2 million claim in the TCC. The claim relates to the supply of chiller units to a data centre in Gloucestershire.
Coulson J in Crown House Technologies Ltd v Cardiff Commissioning Ltd and Emerson Network Power Limited [2018] EWHC 54 (TCC) struck out the Claimant’s claim against the Second Defendant on the basis that the claim had no real prospect of succeeding at trial.
