Stephen Boyd represented former GB Olympic sprinter Emma Ania and her mother, Patricia, in their successful defence to a claim that, acting as administrators of Emma’s father and Patricia’s husband’s estate, they had sold their house at an undervalue to deprive the claimant of an effective remedy under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
The case has been covered by The Mirror and The Daily Express.
