The Court of Appeal has handed down its judgment in HRH Prince Abdul Aziz Bin Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz v Harb [2015] EWCA Civ 481, which concerned issues as to whether a claim brought against a prince of the Saudi Arabian royal family for damages for breach of contract was barred by the defence of sovereign immunity.
