Simon McLoughlin appointed Judge of the First-tier Tribunal

Chambers is delighted to announce that the Senior President of Tribunals has appointed Simon McLoughlin as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Property Chamber (Land Registration).

Simon joins Ian Clarke KC, Gary Blaker KC, Hugh Jackson, David Warner, Lydia Pemberton, Barnaby Hope and Nicholas Towers as members of Chambers who hold part-time judicial appointments.

Simon will sit as a Judge part-time and will otherwise continue his busy Property and Commercial Chancery practice.
