Mark Spackman, Oberon Kwok and Daniel Webb join Selborne Chambers

We are delighted to announce that Mark Spackman, Oberon Kwok and Daniel Webb have joined Selborne Chambers.

Mark was called to the bar in 1986 and enjoys a broad commercial and chancery practice with a particular specialization in insolvency work, both personal and corporate. Mark has regularly been instructed for insolvency practitioners and individuals alike in the field of insolvency including the recovery of directors loans, preferences, transactions at an undervalue and fraudulent/wrongful trading. He has acted for individuals subject to director disqualification proceedings and applications for bankruptcy restriction orders and all other aspects of insolvency work.

Mark’s general commercial practice includes banking and finance, sale of goods, contract and consumer disputes.

Mark has extensive experience in partnership related disputes and has acted in high profile partnership disputes including disputes involving solicitors.

Mark’s general chancery experience encompasses property, landlord and tenant, trusts and probate disputes.

Oberon was called to the bar in 2014 and accepts instructions in chancery, civil and commercial law, and has particular experience in insolvency work. He appears regularly in the High Court and County Court on matters within these practice areas.

Daniel was called to the bar in 2015 and has a broad commercial chancery practice, incorporating commercial, insolvency, company and banking disputes. Daniel regularly appears in the High Court and County Court in his own right, as well as working with senior members of Chambers on larger cases.
