We are pleased to announce that Lydia Pemberton is being sworn in as a Recorder today.
Lydia was appointed at as a Recorder by the Queen on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP, and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, The Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon. The appointment commenced from 26 January 2022.
Lydia has been deployed to the Midland Circuit dealing with family.
