Following Justina Stewart’s success in Bouchiba v Turner [2017] UKFTT 0469 (PC), a cohabitation dispute in which her client alleged an interest in property by reason of a constructive trust, alternatively proprietary estoppel, there has been extensive press coverage of the case, and Justina was interviewed by BBC Radio London on cohabitation disputes.
