Mann J has handed down his decision in Fanfare Properties Ltd v Grafton Estate No.2LP (Nominee One) Ltd [2012] EWHC 2918 (Ch). The case concerned a multi-million pound development in Mayfair. Romie Tager QC and Nicholas Trompeter acted for the claimants, who successfully obtained a declaration that certain development works would constitute a trespass on their property.
