Floyd J has handed down his judgment in Ansa Logistics Ltd v Towerbeg Ltd [2012] EWHC 3651 (Ch). The case concerned a large area of land in Liverpool used for the storage of Ford motor vehicles. The case is notable for consideration of the authorities on what is meant by a ‘parting with possession’ of land. Mark Warwick, leading Henry Webb, appeared for the landlord.
