Court of Appeal hands down judgment in Carroll v Kynaston [2010] EWCA Civ 1404

On 13 December 2010, the Court of Appeal (Ward, Elias and Patten LJJ) handed down its judgment in Carroll v Kynaston [2010] EWCA Civ 1404. The case gives helpful guidance on when costs incurred in previous proceedings can be recovered as damages in later proceedings. Jonathan McNae appeared for the Appellant.
