Zoë Barton to speak at PLA Annual Conference

Zoë has been invited to speak at the Annual Conference of the Property Litigation Association on 15th April 2016 at Keble College, Oxford and to address a topic concerning both trusts and property.  She will be speaking on the history of the account, constructive trusts and breach of trust in particular in connection with conveyancing transactions that go awry.
