UAB Business Enterprise v Oneta Limited [2026] EWHC 543 (Ch)

This morning, ICC Judge Agnello KC handed down judgment in UAB Business Enterprise v Oneta Limited [2026] EWHC 543 (Ch).

On the first day of this nine day trial, it was discovered that the Second Claimant was wearing smart glasses whilst giving evidence. As part of her judgment, ICC Judge Agnello KC found that he was being coached through those smart glasses.

Read the Judge’s findings in relation to these events and the remarkable reason why the witness then could not provide his phone or phone records at paragraphs [110]-[118] of the attached judgment here.

Sarah Walker acted for the successful Second and Third Defendants, including obtaining an indemnity costs order.
