Nicholas Towers acted for the Claimant in Bal & Ors v Singh & Ors (Costs) [2018] EWHC 119 (Ch), Charity Proceedings regarding the Gurdwara Guru Nanak Prakash in Coventry. After a series of injunction applications and a committal hearing, the case proceeded to trial and settled on the third day. The parties were able to agree all terms save costs, and invited the court to consider the schedule to the Tomlin Order and make orders for costs, which HHJ Barker QC did.
