Morgan J has handed down his lengthy judgment in Ong v Ping [2015] 1742 (Ch). The claim concerned a substantial house at 39 Sheldon Avenue, London, N6 and the proceeds of sale of that house; and involved the examination of litigation in this jurisdiction and in Singapore, which took place over a 20 year period.
