We are delighted to announce Rosamund Baker’s official return from maternity leave today – and we couldn’t be happier to welcome her back to Chambers!
Rosie’s practice covers all areas of Commercial Chancery litigation. She continues to conduct cases as both sole and junior counsel and accepts instructions across Selborne’s core practice areas. Regularly appearing in the High Court and County Court as well as providing drafting and advisory services, the focus of her work is property and insolvency.
She was recognised as Up and Coming in Real Estate Litigation in Chambers and Partners in 2025 and is now ranked as a leading junior, being recorded as “a real star in the making” and “a great advocate” with “great instincts” and “excellent skills in court, both in handling opponents and as an advocate.“
