On Friday 22nd March, four members from Selborne Chambers have been invited to speak at the The Property Litigation Association‘s 2024 Annual Conference, at Keble College, Oxford.
Gary Blaker KC and Oberon Kwok will be speaking about Practice Direction 57AC and how to ensure that witness statements comply in cases in the Business & Property Courts.
Paul de la Piquerie and Rahul Varma will deliver a workshop on what the different types of land options are; how they are created; how they are protected at HMLR, as well as the notions of assignment, exercise, and enforcement.
This promises to be a fascinating day of talks from barristers with property expertise, and will be preceded by dinner the night before, which all four members will be attending. Those wishing to reserve a place can do so through the PLA website.
