Lydia Pemberton joins Selborne Chambers

Selborne Chambers is delighted to announce that Lydia Pemberton has joined chambers.

Lydia Pemberton (TEP)(CTAPS) was called to the Bar in 2006. She has a traditional chancery practice and has developed an extensive understanding and considerable experience of contentious probate matters.

In January 2022, Lydia was appointed as a Recorder hearing family law cases in the Midlands.

She is a full member of STEP and a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
