Master Matthews has handed down his judgment in Coral Reef Ltd v Silverbond Enterprises Ltd [2016] EWHC 874 (Ch). The case considers for the first time whether Masters exercising the jurisdiction of the High Court are bound by relevant decisions of a High Court judge.
