Asplin J has handed down her judgment in the well-publicised case of Clutterbuck v Al Amoudi [2014] EWHC 383 (Ch). This was a multi-million claim for fraudulent misrepresentation, deceit and breach of trust arising out of various property dealings in and around Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Chelsea and Westminster. Stuart Cakebread and Paul de la Piquerie appeared for the Claimants.
