They will be discussing the case of Lehtimaki v TCI Fund Foundation, and looking at the questions of whether the Court should be concerned with whether the member (if it is a trustee) is acting/voting in breach of trust? and if it makes a difference if the company of which the trustee is a member has charitable objects?
