Giles is a successful chancery/commercial silk. His arbitration and litigation practice has a particular emphasis on commercial, civil fraud, company and contentious insolvency work, and professional negligence. He is consistently noted as a leader in his field, regarded for his ‘technical knowledge and commercial know-how’, and after 33 years at the Bar has a wealth of experience dealing with complex and high value claims, including for and against Government departments.

Natasha was called to the Bar in 2010 and has extensive commercial experience. Her practice encompasses arbitration, civil fraud, commercial dispute resolution, company and partnership, professional negligence, insolvency and offshore disputes.
She also has significant expertise in traditional chancery matters, particularly proprietary estoppel, estates and trusts, including trusts of land. Natasha has a strong interest in cases involving breach of trust and fiduciary duty, undue influence, sham and secret trusts, and complex allegations of fraud.
Natasha is frequently instructed as sole counsel in high-value, multifaceted litigation, often against significantly more senior opponents. She is well regarded for her willingness to take on urgent and high-risk applications and has a strong affinity for trial work. She currently serves as Junior Counsel to the Crown on the Attorney General’s Panel and was appointed to the Legal Services Panel for the British Virgin Islands from 2023 to 2025. Natasha is also an accredited mediator.
