Gary Blaker KC, Rahul Varma and Isabel Petrie will be speaking at The Property Litigation Association’s 2022 Annual Conference which will be taking place at Keble College, Oxford on Thursday 24 March and Friday 25 March. Gary will be speaking on “Breach of Quiet Enjoyment – with particular emphasis on noise cases”. Rahul and Isabel will be running a workshop covering “What to do when faced with an insolvent tenant”.
Paul Bunting will also be attending the dinner on the Thursday evening.
