Timothy Fancourt QC (sitting as Deputy High Court Judge) has handed down his judgment in Edwards v Ashik [2014] 2454 (Ch), which concerned certain fraudulent misrepresentations made by a vendor to a purchaser in the context of pre-contractual enquiries for the sale and purchase of a nightclub.
