Overview
On the 20th November, the Norfolk and Norwich Law Society (NNLS) will be partnering with Nicholas Trompeter KC and Simon McLoughlin from Selborne Chambers to discuss Fraud: Lies, Limits and Limitation.
This talk focuses on ss. 32(1) and 21(1) of the Limitation Act 1980 and the various issues that arise in their application in cases of fraud and breach of fiduciary duty.
