Selborne Chambers invites you to join our arbitration team for an in-depth seminar exploring various options open to a party who disputes the validity of an arbitration agreement or otherwise challenges the jurisdiction of the tribunal as well as what can be done about proceedings commenced abroad in breach of an arbitration agreement.
