Directors Disqualification: Secretary of State v Khan [2017] EWHC 288 (Ch)

Mr Registrar Jones has handed down his judgment in The Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills v Khan [2017] EWHC 288 (Ch). The Secretary of State asked for the disqualification of Mr Khan pursuant to Section 6 of the Company Directors’ Disqualification Act 1986 as a result of his conduct as a director of Prime Focus Broadcast Limited (in administration). The Court made a disqualification order for five years.
