In Komal v Litt Corporation [2012] EWHC 1266 (Ch) the claimants succeeded in obtaining a freezing order against a defendant which owns a large network of radio stations in the UK on the basis that its accounts were not in order and there was a serious risk of dissipation by monies being passed between different corporate entities, not all of whom were defendants. Roger Wyand QC, sitting as a deputy judge of the Chancery Division, handed down his judgment on Monday 27 May. Stuart Cakebread appeared for the Claimants.
