Decision in Hughmans Solicitors v Central Stream Services Ltd

Briggs J has handed down his decision in Hughmans Solicitors v Central Stream Services Ltd [2012] EWHC 1222 (Ch). Amongst other things, the Court had to consider whether a final charging order constitutes a registrable disposition for valuable consideration (and hence, achieves priority as an unregistered property interest).  Mark Warwick appeared for the applicant.
