Decision in Gaydamak v Leviev [2012] EWHC 1740 (Ch)

Vos J has handed down his decision in Gaydamak v Leviev [2012] EWHC 1740 (Ch). The claim was brought by Mr Gaydamak to enforce an alleged written agreement. The Court had to consider whether that agreement was concluded and enforceable; and, if so, whether the claims under it had nonetheless been compromised by a later settlement agreement. Neil Mendoza (being led by Justin Fenwick Q.C.) appeared for the successful defendant, Mr Leviev.
