Following an expedited trial, Ramsey J has handed down his decision in Arqiva Ltd v Everything Everywhere Ltd (formerly T-Mobile (UK) Ltd) & Ors [2011] EWHC 1411 (TCC). This is an important telecommunications case concerning the joint venture between, and the integration of operations of, T-Mobile and Orange.
