David Warner instructed by Nick Williams and Ben Cisneros at Morgan Sports Law provided pro bono advice on the launch of the Women’s Rugby Association (WRA). The independent players’ union is a landmark development for Women’s club rugby in England, established to protect and promote the interests of players in the Premier 15s.
The WRA will serve independently from the Rugby Players Association which only represents professional male and female players. The WRA will offer support and guidance to players on contracts, commercial agreements, medical and welfare provisions.
