Peter Smith J has handed down his judgment in Harb v HRH Prince Abdul Aziz Bin Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz [2015] EWHC 3155 (Ch). This case concerned an oral agreement made between Ms Harb on or about 19 / 20 June 2003 between her and HRH Prince Abdul Aziz by which the Prince agreed to pay her £12m and to procure the transfer to her of two properties in Chelsea.
