On 27 November 2023 the Court of Appeal (Lewison, King and Birss LJJ) handed down judgment in Dodson & others v Shield & others.
The appeal concerns an unfair prejudice petition and clarifies the law on quasi-partnership in that context, including the effect of contractual clauses intended to exclude such a relationship.
