He specialises in commercial chancery disputes, property litigation and arbitration with considerable experience in disputes relating to (i) development and sale agreements, (ii) joint venture agreements, (iii) construction (particularly in the retail sector), (iv) partnership, (v) business tenancies, including rent review and dilapidations, and (vi) professional liability.
Justin has been consistently ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners Guide as a leading London barrister for Property and Real Estate Litigation (Band 1), Professional Negligence (Band 2) and Media and Entertainment (Band 2).
