Mediation & ADR

Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) are frequently efficient and effective means of dispute resolution, without the need for court proceedings.

Several members of Chambers are accredited, experienced mediators, registered with the Civil Mediation Council and accept appointments across the range of Chambers’ work, as well as in related areas, where appropriate. Our barristers are often instructed to represent parties at mediation and in other collaborative processes aimed at resolving disputes.
