Following the conclusion of a two week trial in the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (ECSC) in Antigua and Barbuda, in which Ian Clarke KC of Selborne Chambers led Satcha Kissoon of One Legal Caribbean and Julia Beer also of Selborne Chambers, it was a delight to present Satcha with his red bag for his outstanding contribution to the case which concerned the powers of a chair of a company meeting to adjourn a company meeting. Judgment has been reserved.
