Selborne Chambers was founded in June 2002 by a group of established practitioners and has, since its inception, established itself as one of the leading commercial and property sets at the London Bar.

Chambers' members now comprise three Q.C.s and 16 junior barristers. Its policy is one of controlled and limited expansion in order to compliment and enhance its strengths and reputation both by recruitment from established practitioners and by the structured expansion of Chambers from those completing pupillage.
