Hugh Jackson
Hugh's practice is centred on land and finance, trade, business and technology. Hugh has extensive experience in loss recovery in professional negligence and fraud, tracing and asset recovery, as well as computer software and hardware related claims.
He has particular experience of the preparation, presentation and control of multiple claim / multiple defendant managed cases. He acted in both the Bristol & West plc and Paragon Finance plc managed litigation.
In the technology sphere, he has frequently been retained in computer litigation concerning software and systems development. Most recently he acted for insurers in resisting a major claim in the TCC against software developers brought by one of Britain’s largest cash and carry supermarkets.
