He has been instructed in cases involving Liechtenstein and the British Virgin Islands and the enforcement of intellectual property rights across borders such as USA, Austria, Belgium, Channel Islands and UK. He worked also on the interpretation of the Warsaw Convention in a case involving liaison with lawyers in USA and Australia, in parallel litigation at level of US Supreme Court, House of Lords and High Court of Australia (Deep Vein Thrombosis and Air Travel Group).

Of late instructed to resist enforcement action in multi-million pound litigation involving working with Israeli, Swiss and US lawyers.
