Selborne Chambers in the new edition of Legal 500

Chambers has received further recognition in the new edition of the Legal 500 and is very grateful to its clients for all the positive recommendations.

Ian Clarke is a new entry in the Commercial Litigation category, having also been promoted in the rankings for Property Litigation, and Richard Clegg is now recognised for his work in International Arbitration.

There have also been promotions in the rankings for Hugh Jackson in Professional Negligence, Stuart Hornett in Commercial Litigation, and Gary Blaker in Property Litigation.

Romie Tager QC and Stuart Hornett are also ranked in the Commercial Litigation category and Neil Mendoza, Ian Clarke, Justin Kitson and Jonathan McNae are ranked for Property Litigation.

Property Litigation

At the ‘exceptionally well-run' Selborne Chambers, Romie Tager QC is good for ‘unusual or difficult cases requiring a novel but hard-hat approach'. Among the juniors, Mark Warwick reaps praise from clients; ‘if you need someone to turn something around in record time he will do it, and he will do it very well'. Gary Blaker ‘stays calm and unflustered under pressure'; Stuart Hornett is ‘bright, approachable and a pleasure to work with'; and Philip Kremen is ‘always very well prepared'.

Professional Negligence

Described as a ‘solid set', Selborne Chambers includes Justin Kitson, who is ‘good at giving a very clear explanation of issues', and the ‘brilliant' Hugh Jackson.
