Selborne welcomes Juliette Levy
Juliette Levy, formerly of New Court Chambers, has joined Selborne Chambers.
Juliette brings to Selborne her expertise and knowledge of areas including civil and commercial law, telecommunications, insolvency (both personal and corporate), equitable doctrines and remedies including resulting and constructive trusts and injunctions - including freezing orders.
In the past Juliette has acted for a national airline and has acted for Premier Telesports Ltd in the action against The Racecourse Association Ltd and Attheraces plc.
She has also acted for PNC Telecom plc in its action against the CEO for breach of trust/breach of service agreement.
