[Photograph] William recently returned to full time practice following a break necessitated by cardiac problems.

He resumes his previously busy practice as a chancery commercial practitioner with particular emphasis on professional negligence, all aspects of sale of goods and credit, personal insolvency, partnership and the drafting of contracts for a range of different types of business.

Called in 1983, William worked first as a lecturer specialising in contract and commercial law and has considerable experience of a wide range of non-commercial as well as contract-based work over more than twenty years in practice, including boundary disputes, the civil and criminal aspects of breaches of planning & listed building regulations and defamation."
