Paul's practice covers Chambers' core areas of expertise with a particular focus on the following:
Real Property
Commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, leasehold enfranchisement, forfeiture, breaches of covenant, easements, nuisance, trespass and injunctive relief.
Insolvency
Corporate and personal insolvency, winding-up petitions, bankruptcy petitions and applications arising out of statutory demands.
Commercial
Contractual disputes on both the fast and multi-track, in County Courts and the High Court. Commercial mediations.
Paul graduated from the University of St. Andrews with an MA in International Relations before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Bar Vocational Course at the College of Law. He won the College of Law debating and mooting competitions in 2005 and 2006 as well as the Zenith Chambers Prize for advocacy.
Paul appears regularly in the High Court and County Courts and also at hearings and mediations in the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal.
